Induction Brazing

Induction Brazing

Induction brazing is a metal-joining process utilizing sound waves to heat the tube end, fitting, and filler metal or alloy. Once the melting temperature of the alloy is reached, it flows between the parts to create a virtually flawless braze/joint connection.

The induction brazing process employs a timed, controlled heat cycle and consistent amount of filler metal to yield a uniform braze from part to part.
