Our 180,000-square foot plant complex has the capability to handle production runs large and small using a wide variety of manufacturing techniques.

And, at every stage of the manufacturing process, we apply uncompromising standards of quality assurance. Where possible, we employ the superior "work cell" technique, that is not only more efficient but helps keep the entire production run "on spec". When you receive product from Curtis, you can be sure that it will meet the requirements you specified to us.

CPI is continually investing in new equipment so that we can maintain and accelerate efficiency and competitiveness.

At Curtis Products, we recognize that product must reach our customers on time in top condition. That's why we pay as much attention to packaging and shipping as we do to quality assurance during manufacturing.

The Curtis advantage starts with where we are - centrally located in South Bend, Indiana with convenient access to the services of major trucking firms, rail lines and airlines. Then, we custom package your product to make sure it arrives undamaged and ready for use. For inventory control and speedy identification of product, we also offer EDI/Bar coding. And, we employ JIT ("Just in Time") delivery so that you'll receive product exactly when you require it, without any need for excess handling and warehousing.

CPI's Induction Brazing uses sound waves to heat the tube end and fitting to create a virtually flawless braze joint connection every time.

Just prior to packaging and shipping, we perform a final audit on your product to make sure all requirements are met. Our quality-assurance commitment to you, our valued customer, operates all the way along the line, from inspection of raw materials, through development, prototyping and production, to kitting, packaging and shipping.

That's the essence of the Curtis advantage.

Dedicated Hand Form Fixtures built in our tool room for your lower volume smaller O.D. tube sizes are always ready to produce your parts efficiently and accurately.

CPI's Flat Flange is a mechanical O-Ring Seal Connection in which the process is patented. What this means for the customer is that instead of a traditional brazed shoulder, the Flat Flange is cold formed which eliminates costly brazing. It's a perfect example of how CPI creatively explores ways to reduce costs for our customers.

At Curtis Products, we believe that good business means building relationships with our customers - because without them, we wouldn't be where we are today.

Dedicated Power Form Machinery built in our in-house tool room specifically for your part gives you the assurance that when you place an order, your machine is ready to perform high volume production.

When you choose Curtis products, you're choosing not only just a superior tube-fabrication company, but a business partner. You'll always have a personal point of contact at Curtis - someone you can call at any time, with any question - someone who'll provide you with answers and solutions, not excuses. You'll know that you're getting not just the best price but the best overall package of price plus quality and service.

That's your advantage with Curtis Products.
